The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry protested to Russia in connection with the continuation of the practice of sending “humanitarian convoys” to ORDLO
On the Ukrainian border on Thursday, December 23, through the Russian border checkpoints Donetsk and Matveyev Kurgan, an illegal movement of the so-called “humanitarian convoy” took place. In this regard, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine expressed a strong protest to Russia. About it informs MID press service.
It is noted that the Russian side once again ignored the repeated warnings of Ukraine and, in violation of Ukrainian legislation, illegally sent the 105th “humanitarian convoy” to the temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions (ORDLO).
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine sent a note of protest to the Russian Foreign Ministry demanding that the Russian Federation stop committing illegal actions against the country’s sovereignty and unswervingly adhere to international law and Ukrainian legislation.
Earlier it was reported that the Rada extended for a year the law on the special status of CADLO.
