Ukrainian football player Dima Martynenko, who was hit by a bomb in the house where he lived with his family, died during Russia’s harsh intervention in Ukraine.

FC Hostomel’s forward Dima Martynenko died with his mother as a result of the bomb that hit their home. Her 7-year-old sister was hit in the head with a piece of shrapnel and her condition is stated to be serious. His father survived as a result of this attack.

The 25-year-old player, who received his youth training in Luhansk, became the top scorer in the amateur second league of the Kyiv region last season and was selected as the best player of the championship.
