Walid Al-Attar, Executive Director of the Egyptian Football Association, revealed the date of the start of the League Championship for the new season 20/21.
During radio statements for “Stadium 9090”, Al-Attar said, “The start of the new season will be at the end of November.”
He added: “I congratulate Al-Ahly and Zamalek for their good performance in the semi-finals of the Champions League, and we also hope for a victory for Pyramids in their match today against Houria Conakry.”
He continued: “The return of the league and the resumption of activity had a good effect on preparing the participating teams in Africa, in addition to the high rates of physical fitness for players.”
The Egyptian Football Association announced yesterday evening, Monday, the dates of the matches of the last round of the league championship in its current version, which Al-Ahly settled for the 42nd time in its history.
The Football Association confirmed that on October 29, 30 and 31, the final round of the Egyptian We League Championship will be played.
