The following is a list of Xiaomi cellphones and tablets that will receive the second wave of HyperOS updates

TRIBUN-MEDAN.com – Xiaomi announced the next line of devices that will get their newest interface, HyperOS.

Apart from the list of devices, Xiaomi also revealed the release schedule for the second wave of HyperOS.

According to Xiaomi’s announcement, the second wave of HyperOS will be released in December 2023. However, it is still in the developer version (developer version) which means it is not the final or stable version.

Because it is not the final or stable version, the HyperOS interface on devices included in this second wave will likely still encounter problems such as: bug.

There are 11 Xiaomi device models that will get HyperOS next month, including smartphone and tablets.

The Xiaomi 12S series models will be the first devices to get HyperOS this December, including the “regular” Xiaomi 12S, Xiaomi 12S Pro and Xiaomi 12S Ultra.

Initially, Xiaomi did not include the Xiaomi 12S series in the list of devices that received the second wave of HyperOS.

This then sparked a conversation on the Xiaomi China community discussion forum. Moreover, the Xiaomi 12S series is smartphone Xiaomi’s first collaboration with Leica.

However, Xiaomi spokesperson Zhang GuoQuan provided clarification via Chinese social media, Weibo. GuoQuan said there was a miscommunication in the previous post. He also emphasized that the Xiaomi 12S series is a priority device that will receive HyperOS.

Xiaomi’s initial post was later revised and listed the Xiaomi 12S series as one of the models that will get the HyperOS interface next month.

Apart from the Xiaomi 12S series, other devices that can support HyperOS are the Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12 Pro. A device with the Redmi brand is also on the list, namely the Redmi K50.

The tablet that will get HyperOS in this second wave is the Xiaomi Pad 5 Pro 12.4. The following is a detailed list of Xiaomi devices that can get the new UI update.

It’s worth noting that this HyperOS update has only been rolled out to users in China, compiled KompasTekno from Gizmochina, Monday (27/11/2023). There is no information yet on when the next global HyperOS will be released after it was first rolled out on November 8.
