The flood hits the tomb in Tulungagung brings out the Lahad body

Jakarta

Flash floods overflowing from the Kaliboto River hit the public cemetery in the village of Padangan, Tulungagung, East Java. The jet of water sent 3 corpses out of the lair into the tomb.

Quoted by detik Jatim, Friday (10/28/2022), a video circulating on a messaging application shows the rapid flood that hit the cemetery in the village of Padangan. In the video recorded by the residents, the Padangan TPU area is not only flooded, it overflows with the Kaliboto River.

The overflowing flood of the Kaliboto River on Saturday (23/10) and Sunday (23/10) didn’t just hit the grave. The water also flooded streets and residential areas.

Meanwhile, the 3-body appearance at Padangan TPU was only discovered by residents after the flood began to recede on Monday (10/27). The video showing the corpse’s appearance went viral for the first time.

Ngantru Police Chief AKP Sumaji explained that the flash flood was triggered by heavy rains that triggered an increase in the water flow of the Kaliboto River. Sumaji also claimed that a similar incident had occurred several years earlier.

“The river bank was low and the water overflowed, flooding the tomb,” Sumaji said detik JatimThursday (27/10).
