As of October, the Baltic Pipe gas pipeline, which connects Norwegian deposits with the Polish transmission system, will be launched partially. Its target capacity will be approximately 10 billion cubic meters. annually. The maximum use of the connection will be possible from January next year.
Gaz-System is also expanding the LNG terminal in Świnoujście. – The first phase of expansion is behind us. We can accept more ships from January. Last year, we accepted 35 gas carriers, this year there will be 54 of them, maybe more. The expansion of the third reservoir and the second quay is underway. After the completion of the investment, which is planned for the end of next year, we will increase the possibility of accepting ships to 75 – informed the president.
