The year 2021 starts well for the Fléchoise company, Néomouv, specialized in electric bikes. It opens up to the American and Canadian markets and works actively to deliver a thousand bikes across the Atlantic.
Things are going strong for the electric bicycle market
It all started with a meeting at an electric mobility fair in Montreal in 2018. “We met Allan Kruger, who was passionate about electric bikes, he first ordered 80 bikes from us and then came back to us” tell Philippe Vaxelaire, the boss of Néomouv. Their recent Canadian partner has thus re-ordered, this time for 1,000 bikes.

Part of this first order was delivered at the end of January on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean. “Our Canadian partner even asked for more than 1,000 bikes, but the demand is too high for the current supply!” indicates the CEO of Néomouv. The demand is so great that the components necessary for the manufacture of electric bikes are out of stock. “The Covid-19 crisis means that there is a very high demand in France and in the whole world”. Néomouv will respond as well as possible to the various requests and is already preparing for 2022!
