Love story

The story does not end there. Twenty years ago, when he retired, he met Dominique, an exhibitor, and fell in love with her while unpacking. “It was in Quintaou that we exchanged our first kiss,” confides André Moizan. Morgann, his son from a first marriage, is also affected by the China virus.

“I had worked for seven years in a retail group before becoming an assistant in the liquid department specializing in the marketing of beer brands. I often accompanied my father to the markets without knowing that he was actually teaching me, and that I liked it more. There was no idea of ​​succession. In the end, I did the same thing as him. I found that I gave a lot of my time without the financial reward being at the end. For two years, I did both,” says his son.

“With Maïa, the childhood friend whom I found later, and whose father was an antique dealer and friend of my father, and with whom I share my life, we combined the two functions before launching ourselves. The pleasure of selling

The whole Moizan family, which specializes in part in garden decoration, and which will meet on Tuesday and Wednesday in Quintaou, benefits from a nice hotel clientele. “To buy or sell an object, you have to love it,” explains André’s son. If you’re just selling for what it’s worth, you’re not getting the pleasure out of selling it, and the customer feels that.
