Ukraine has published the ‘Victory Plan’, which contains solutions to end the war and post-war plans.

President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this plan at the Ukrainian parliament on the 16th local time.

The victory plan has five main components, the most important of which is Ukraine’s accession to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and NATO.

Other plans for victory included moving the battlefield to Russian territory, obtaining a buffer zone, and establishing a post-war security structure.

President Zelensky said, “If this plan is supported, we could end the war by next year at the latest.

He also confirmed that North Korea had given personnel to Russia, stressing that it was ‘participating in the war’.

The Russians who died in the war were replaced by North Korean workers in factories and in the army.

“Our intelligence agencies are documenting not only the transfer of weapons from North Korea to Russia, but also the transfer of personnel. ”

Ukrainian media outlets are pouring out rumors that North Korean troops are being sent every day.

Following reports that​​​​​​North Korean soldiers would be included in a special Russian battalion and that 18 North Korean soldiers had deserted in the border area, there were also reports that 10,000 soldiers- North Korean infantry training in the Far East.

At the same time, the US White House announced on the 16th local time that it would provide additional support for weapons and military supplies worth approximately 580 billion won to Ukraine.
