In the Ivano-Frankivsk region at the Bukovel ski resort this morning, October 12, the first snow fell. The video was posted on the resort’s Facebook page.
“The first snow covers the slopes of the resort! Very soon the slopes will be ready for skiing. In the meantime, look how the world is covered with a snow-white blanket!”
The Bukovel resort is located at an altitude of 920 meters near the Bukovel mountain near the village of Polyanytsya.
Earlier it was reported that on Mount Pop Ivan Chernogorsky, which is on the border of Ivano-Frankivsk and Transcarpathian regions, on September 22 the first snow fell.
