The first plenary meeting of the autumn session of the Milli Majlis will be held today. SIA reports that 18 issues were included in the agenda of the meeting.
Those issues are as follows:
1. Draft decision of the Milli Majlis on the legislative work plan of the 2023 autumn session of the Milli Majlis
2. Draft law on approving the “Agreement between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Slovakia on elimination of double taxation and prevention of tax evasion with respect to taxes on income”
3. Draft law on approving the “Agreement on defense cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of Georgia”.
4. Draft law on approving the Protocol on Amendments to the “Accommodation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Secretariat of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-Speaking Countries (TürkPA Secretariat)”
5. Draft law on approving the Protocol on Amendments to the “Agreement of February 24, 2023 on the Establishment of the Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan Investment Fund between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan”
6. Draft law on accession to the “Eleventh Additional Protocol to the Universal Postal Charter”.
7. Draft law on accession to the “Third Additional Protocol to the General Regulations of the Universal Postal Union”.
8. Draft law on joining the “Universal Postal Convention” and the “Final Protocol of the Universal Postal Convention”
