We have known for some time that we will see a reboot of the film Resident Evil this year.
The image is named Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City and he is in charge of Johannes Roberts (both parts of the 47 meters series), who promises that this project will have nothing to do with previous films, while he will be more inspired by the original games, when many well-known characters will arrive.
Now exclusively on IGN server discovered three photos, which offers a first look at the image itself and directly at several characterssuch as Claire Redfield (Kaya Scodelario), Leon S. Kennedy (Avan Jogia), Albert Wesker (Tom Hooper) or the disfigured Lisa Trevor (Marina Mazepa).
In addition, he accompanied these photos short interview directly with the director, who revealed that his inspiration was mainly a relatively recent remake of the second game, from which he took mainly a dark and “rainy” atmosphere.
An important element of the film should also be the fact that Roberts really worked hard to find the right actors for each character, not only to act as cosplayers, but also to capture their spirit and energy.
It was also reassured that we should really see an atmospheric horror with a minimum of action, with Capcom itself playing a significant role in the process of creating the entire project.
The premiere of the film should take place in our cinemas 2nd December.
