After the pioneers of social media circulated a video clip a short while ago, from inside Al Husseiniya Central Hospital, it appears that a number of Corona patients died after the oxygen pumping stopped due to the hospital’s lack of oxygen.
Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, the governor of Al-Sharqiya, confirmed in exclusive statements to “Al-Bawaba News” that there is no truth to the death of patients due to a lack or depletion of oxygen from the hospital, indicating that the number of the dead is 4 cases and they were on ventilators, not 7 cases as has been reported, and that the death Normal as a result of their deteriorating condition due to infection with the Coronavirus.
For his part, Dr. Hisham Masoud, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in the Eastern Province, said that the hospital has 17 children in nurseries, patients held in public care, and 36 cases with Corona in the isolation department, and no deaths occurred among these cases, noting that the oxygen supplied to Corona patients in intensive care for Corona patients is the same Feeder for nurseries and general care.
Masoud pointed out that at the time of the deaths, the oxygen car was feeding the tank, which means that there is no shortage or depletion of oxygen, in addition to that there is a backup network for use in the event of any problem in the oxygen tank.
