In early June this year, it became clear that Xiaomi will open its first physical store in Bulgaria. In a mall in Sofia, one of the empty shops was plastered with advertisements announcing what was about to happen there.
This, of course, pleases many fans of the brand, who have long been waiting for the appearance of Mi Store in our country – typical of Xiaomi in many other European markets. The company’s stores are characterized by the opportunity for consumers to find many products from their ecosystem – to try them, compare and get advice about them.

Today on the Facebook page of the store appeared an official announcement – the store opens its doors and July 31 from 10:00 a.m., floor 0 at Paradise Center.
This will be the first Mi Store in Bulgaria, but it will probably not be the last
Xiaomi announced to our team some time ago that they are planning more than one store, not only in Sofia, but also in other cities in Bulgaria.
The company began opening stores in various European locations a few years ago as part of its plan to increase its presence in Europe. We probably would have seen a store in Sofia earlier, if it weren’t for the Covid-19 pandemic and the restrictive measures that seriously affect stores.
At the end of last year, the Chinese technology giant opened its largest Mi Store in Central and Eastern Europe – in Warsaw.
Xiaomi International President Shou Zi Chew then said on his Twitter account that the store was the brand’s first to be equipped with a service center. Naturally, smartphones occupy a major place in the company’s stores. In stores, however, we can see many other products.
Traditionally, the Mi Store has a Smart Home area that allows visitors to experience Xiaomi’s ecosystem products first hand. Expect to see a number of products such as MIJIA vacuum cleaner, electric scooter, razor, hair dryer, smart watch, fitness bracelets, smart TV set-top boxes, lighting, air purifiers, surveillance cameras, etc.
