The organizer of the event issued a statement on the 24th announcing that in order to reward all martial arts enthusiasts for their active participation and increase the competitiveness and attractiveness of the competition, the organizer has decided to increase the prize amount and the number of prize winners, and the first prize of the best short film will be changed from the original Increased from US$2500 to US$3000, and bonuses for other grades and category awards have been increased. The number of winners of outstanding martial arts has also increased from 3 to 10.
The organizer stated that all groups that have already submitted their entries can submit their works between January 1, 2021 and March 31, 2021. The results of the competition will be announced in May 2021.
The first international martial arts culture video competition was hosted by the Malaysia-Chinese Culture and Arts Association, jointly organized by the Kuala Lumpur Martial Arts Association and Kuala Lumpur Chinese Cultural Center, and undertaken by multiple units in China and Malaysia, and was supported by the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia.
