The factory in Mioveni started mass production of the model Dacia Jogger HYBRID 140.
Intended for a customer in Romania, the first vehicle with hybrid technology produced under the Dacia logo is a Schist Grey, 7-seater, belonging to the Extreme+ equipment level.
The Jogger HYDRID 140 is the most affordable hybrid family vehicle on the market, with generous interior space and essential equipment. The model benefits from the expertise of the Renault Group, offering modern technology that ensures a systematic start in 100% electric mode and an immediately available engine torque that allows energetic acceleration.
Jogger HYBRID 140 has a range of over 900 km
The autonomy of the Jogger HYBRID 140 version is over 900 km (in WLTP approved mixed cycle). The traction battery has a warranty of 8 years or 160,000 km.
Manufactured exclusively at the Mioveni Factory, the Jogger model has already been produced in almost 80,000 copies, of which over 90% were exported, mainly to Western European markets.

The first hybrid Dacia has a starting price of 23,750 euros
The Jogger inaugurates the hybrid engine in the Dacia range offering a combined power of 140 HP and a reduced level of consumption and CO2 emissions. The powertrain consists of a 90 hp 1.6-liter 4-cylinder gasoline engine, two electric motors (a 50 hp motor and a high-voltage starter/generator) and an automatic gearbox electrified, with 4 stages dedicated to the thermal block and two others, to the electric one. This combined technology is possible due to the absence of a clutch.
Regenerative braking, the high capacity of energy recovery, characteristic of the 1.2 kWh (230V) batteries, to which is added the efficiency of the automatic gearbox, offers the possibility to drive in the city in 100% electric mode up to 80% of the time. Also, the hybrid engine reduces consumption by up to 40% (compared to an equivalent combustion engine in the urban cycle, without changing the driving style).
The 100% electric traction at the time of starting and the automatic transmission give the Jogger model a high level of comfort in use.
