As Vasiljeva explains, the road of “Saulesvija” is divided into several rays – the first will drive through Kurzeme from July 12 to July 14 (July 12 – Kuldiga, Jurkalne, Ventspils; July 13 – Liepaja, Grobina, Saldus; July 14 – Talsi, Roja, Engure, Tukums, Kandava, Dobele), on July 15 and 16 will travel through Zemgale and Latgale regions (July 15 – Jelgava, Eleja, Ozolnieki, Bauska, Iecava, Salaspils, July 16 – Skriveri, Aizkraukle, Plavinas, Jekabpils, Livani) . As Vasiljeva reminds, the aim of the festive concepts is to respectfully complete the Festive process without compromising the start of the full-time education process on September 1: it is planned that the joint program consists of 15 different events in choir singing, vocal music, instrumental music, dance, visual and visual plastic arts, folklore. Events are planned in municipalities, as close as possible to the place of residence, outdoors. The number of participants in any celebration is from 1 to the number allowed in the country at that time, there is no large gathering, no centralized rehearsals and a long rehearsal process is planned. Events will be recorded on video. All videos will be donated to the Museum of Literature and Music for the upcoming Song and Dance Festival exposition as a vivid testimony to the 21st century.

Currently, an active filming process of the contemporary dance masterpiece “Above the Earth” is taking place, but from July 21, an exhibition of the visual and visually plastic art program “Creating Decorate” will be on display at VEF Culture Palace.
