The Callisto protocol becomes too bloody for Japan, but for the rest of us the game has gone gold and will be released on December 2nd. Even now, however, one can get acquainted with the inhospitable world of the game, as a podcast (or perhaps rather a radio theater) has started to come out.
It’s called The Callisto Protocol: Helix Station and will have a total of six episodes, two of which are now available. The rest will be released weekly until the game is released. The plot revolves around bounty hunters Percy and Kane, who are given a mission they can’t refuse to the Helix Station space station. In the lead roles we see Gwendoline Christie – known as Brienne of Tarth in Game of Thrones – and Michael Ironside, who voiced Sam Fisher in Split cell-play.
