Europe’s largest platform for international folk culture, the European International Cultural Agency, is the first organization in Austria to set a date for an event. The Festival of Nations – The Original is for the June 12th and 13th 2021 planned and will take place again at Handelskai on the Danube promenade at the U6 station. In 2020 this festival was delayed, at the end of August, and it was a great success. It was the only big event in 2020. Clubs and their artists as well as individuals were on the stage. Ecuador, Turkey, Nepal, USA, China, India, Cuba, Bangladesh, Korea, Brazil, Italy and Austria could be seen in the 2 days. Stands from Cuba, Ecuador, Mexico, Austria and India were there. 2021 is to become even bigger, associations with a migration background who want to present their culture can now inquire by email, [email protected] , the planning starts now. Stands suitable for this event can also be ordered. There should be stands with food and drinks from various countries, information stands for travel and souvenir stands.
