Khaled Al-Ghandour, the former star of Zamalek, was keen to spread the high spirit in the heart of every Zamalkawi after qualifying hard in the African Champions League.
Zamalek qualified for the quarter-finals officially in the Champions League after the Zimbabwean ZESCO team tied with its opponent, the first of Angolan, with a goal for each of them.

Zamalek is scheduled to play against the first of August next Saturday at the end of the group stage competitions in the continental championship, at the opponent’s land in Angola.
Zamalek is second in the group’s ranking with 8 points, after the Congolese leader Mazembe of 11 points, and ZESCO Zambian in third place with two points. In the last place of the group came the first of August Angolan with 3 points.
