For his part, the official spokesman for the ministry, Saad Al-Hammad, explained; That the decision to localize the pharmacy profession was gradually applied in two phases: The first phase was on 1/12/1441 AH, and the localization rate in this phase was determined at 20%, according to “previously”.
He pointed out: “The second phase, which was on 1/12/1442 AH, targeted 30%, and the decision was applied to entities in which the number of employees exceeded 5 pharmacists or more,” explaining that the minimum wage was applied to calculate the percentage of Emiratisation in the pharmacy profession at 7000 riyals. .
