Burgas Mall “Burgas Plaza”, owned by “Burgas Plaza” AD, has been announced for public sale after a foreclosure was imposed in a case for accumulated debts. This was shown by an inspection of BTA in the register of public sales at the Chamber of Private Bailiffs in our country.
The results of the announced tender will be announced at the beginning of December this year, after the deadline for submission of tender proposals to the District Court in Burgas has expired at the end of October.
The starting price of the property is BGN 24.5 million. A new owner is being sought for almost all the real estate of the shopping center in the residential area. “Sunrise”, which opened in 2009. The subject of the sale are more than 90 independent objects in the building, more than 60 percent of the common parts as well as more than 600 parking spaces on the second level of the mall.
From the announcement of the private bailiff Delyan Nikolov, it becomes known that the shopping center has been mortgaged several times with a special pledge in favor of “Eurobank Bulgaria” AD in its capacity as a universal legal successor of “Bank Piraeus” AD.
We remind you that the first Burgas mall opened its doors in April 2009. Its construction was started by the company “M. B. Izgrev”, but even before the official opening, the site was bought by a foreign investor.
