Now the Association Ethics Commission has imposed a sentence on the 24-year-old footballer – a ban on participation in all activities connected with the Football Association of the Czech Republic for a period of two years and a fine of 40,000 crowns.

One of Rogoz’s sons is associated with several tinkling or at least influenced matches of Vyšehrad in the second league. It was a match with Prostějov (3: 1) in July 2020 and with Jihlava (0: 4) a month before.
–
While in the second case it was an act classified as an attempt, in the first, according to the ethics committee, he had the bribe for influencing the match promised.
–
“Even if he did not accept this bribe subsequently, ie there was no transfer of performance, the mere keeping the promise of a bribe is a disciplinary offense for us,” explained the chairman of the ethics committee Jan Eisenreich.
–
The circle will thus close – even after the outbreak of the scandal and the publication of Laňek’s name, the Teplice club transferred him to a flat-rate, with the proviso that in case of proven guilt, a professional contract will be terminated with him.
–
“We must honor the presumption of innocence, so we are waiting to see if it is dismissed or if the verdict becomes final,” Teplice spokesman Martin Kovařík said that Laňka is preparing individually and is not part of any FK Teplice team.
–
The controversial Laňka is an offspring of Teplice, in whose colors he made his league debut. However, he soon headed to Příbram, then moved to Benešov, where he met Rogoz and went with him to Vyšehrad. Last spring, he reappeared in Příbram, from where he transferred to Stínadla in Teplice, where he played eight matches in the Glassmaker’s jersey.
–
Even with Slavia, when he drew only a yellow card from the judge Pechance as a stepper for Plavšič, which the judges’ commission later described as a mistake with the addition that Laňka should have been expelled.
–
He is now excluded. And for two years.
