Until January 18, 25 final songs will be judged by the listeners and the jury of the “Musical” bank, but from January 19 to 26, the voting will continue for only 15 songs. Voting takes place on the website muzikalabanka.lv. The most valuable song of the year will be determined by the audience’s vote during the “Musical Bank 2020” award ceremony. It will take place on January 30 live on Latvijas Radio 2 and LTV1.

In addition to the listeners’ vote, the 25 final songs of the Music Bank are also evaluated by an independent and international jury consisting of singer Dināra Rudāne, musician, composer, producer Reinis Sējāns, singer Olga Rajecka, composer, conductor Jēkabs Jančevskis, rapper, beekeeper, producer ansis Strikaite-Lapiņa, poet Kārlis Vērdiņš, Executive Director of Latvian Performers and Producers Association LaIPA Liena Grīna, representative of “Sony Music Baltic”, manager of the group “Ewert and The Two Dragons” Tomass Oljums, founder of the Lithuanian Music Association, head of the music agency “MP3” Vaids Stackēvičs .
Sdue to restrictions in the country, this year “Musical Bank” will be held only live. It is planned that next year it will take place in person, as usual, at the Daugavpils Olympic Center.
