The final match of the 33rd Belarus Football Cup will take place in Zhodino on the field of the Torpedo stadium on May 25. This decision was made at a meeting of the executive committee of the Belarusian Football Federation.
Among the trophy candidates there are currently eight clubs that have reached the quarterfinal stage. The current owners of the National Cup, the Zhodino Torpedo-BelAZ players will meet Shakhtar Soligorsk twice, the Belarusian champion Dynamo Minsk will play with BATE Borisov, the Grodno Neman will compete with Minsk, and the Vitebsk players will compete for access to semi-final with Isloch from the Minsk region.
In the final of the last cup tournament, Zhodino Torpedo defeated BATE with a score of 2:0. Borisov residents became the winners of the Belarus Cup most often – Five times.
