Feray Yelmen, the wife of the police, went to Yenimahalle District Polyclinic of Ankara Training and Research Hospital on February 22, 2022. An argument broke out between Feray Yelmen, who wanted to prescribe medicine, and doctor Ebru Ergin Bakar.
Doctor Ebru Ergin Bakar claimed that she was battered by Feray Yelmen, who refused to prescribe medication on the grounds that she did not have a report.

Feray Yelmen, who was tried without arrest, filed a criminal complaint with the Ankara Public Prosecutor’s Office, claiming that the doctor’s report that led to his arrest was fake.
In her criminal complaint filed by Feray Yelmen’s lawyer, she claimed that doctor Ebru Ergin Bakar did not go to Ankara Training and Research Hospital, where she received the battering report, and that the report was given without even being examined by doctor Alper Gök, who gave the battering report.
In the criminal complaint, it was also claimed that although doctor Ebru Ergin Bakar claimed that she was hospitalized, she had never been hospitalized.
Feray Yelmen pointed out that the time of the report taken by the police in the Yenimahalle District Polyclinic, where the incident took place, was 12:34.
Feray Yelmen claimed that the time discrepancy was evidence that Ebru Ergin Bakar received a report before she even went to the hospital.
Due to the time discrepancy in the report, in the petition filed by Doctor Ebru Ergin Bakar to the prosecutor’s office through Feray Yelmen’s lawyer, who requested that the HTS and camera recordings be examined, it was stated that “It is clear that Doctor Ebru Engin Bakar was admitted to the hospital and the report was drawn up even though he did not go to the hospital.”
Due to the allegation of “fake report” in the petition, it was requested that a civil lawsuit be filed against the suspects, doctor Ebru Ergin Bakar and doctor Alper Gök, who gave him a report of assault, on charges of “abuse of office” and “falsification of documents”.
