The reductions in credit rates seem to have their effects on the department where prices started to rise again over the last three months, at the end of September, with sales deeds concluded at an average price increasing by +0.50%.
“Despite the drop in sales volumes, the region is holding up very well. While the real estate crisis is hitting the whole of France hard, Haute-Savoie only shows a drop of -2.10% over one year and -1.70% over two years.
