Recently, a policewoman (Polwan) from Manado Police, North Sulawesi has gone viral on social media.
In a viral narrative, Bripda C is reported to have disappeared.
However, in the end, it was revealed that Bripda C was on the People’s Wanted List (DPO), aka being a fugitive because he had violated his duties.
This was conveyed by the Head of Public Relations of the North Sulawesi Police, Kombes Pol Jules Abraham Abast.
The Manado Police have officially issued a People Wanted List (DPO) letter to a member with the initials Brigadier C.
The search letter for Brigadier C was signed by the Manado Police Chief, Kombes Pol. Julianto P. Sirait, dated January 31, 2022.
“Regarding the news on social media, the fact is that the person concerned is a deserter,” said Kombes Pol Jules Abraham Abast, Saturday (5/2/2022), quoted from Manado Tribune.
Furthermore, Brigadier C has entered the People’s Wanted List (DPO) Manado Police issued on January 31, 2022, for leaving duty since November 15, 2021.
“The Manado Police Chief as the Legal Supervisor will propose Disrespectful Dismissal (PTDH) against the person concerned through the National Police Professional Code of Ethics Commission Session.
