Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence Kirill Budanov expects fighting in march to be «the hottest.”
In an interview with a TV channel ABC News he said Ukraine was planning a major offensive in the spring.

He stressed that Ukraine’s goal is to reach the 1991 borders.
«And we will achieve it, ”Budanov added.
On the eve of Budanov expressed the hope that 2023 will bring joy and victory to Ukraine.
