For the last four years, the popular London electronica festival has taken place Field Day held in conjunction with All Points East at Victoria Park. But in 2025, they’re striking out on their own, moving their festival to new pastures and a new date. Well, we say pastures new – but actually they’re returning to a familiar place. Field Day 2025 will take place at Brockwell Park, taking over the site on Saturday 24th May 2025.
And yes, for those staying tuned, this is it May bank holiday weekend. That means you after the festival lots will have time to recover. It’s going to be a huge blast to start the summer! (Assuming the weather cooperates for once…)

Mark Newton, the director of the Field Day Festivalcommented on the new venue as follows:
“Myself and the Field Day team are delighted with the move to Brockwell Park and our new date in May, which cements our place at the start of the London summer.
“After four very successful years of working with All Points East at Victoria Park, 2025 seemed like the ideal time to run a standalone event again. The availability of the new venue and date provided the perfect opportunity.
“We look forward to working with the team at Brockwell Live and joining the ranks of successful events at the park.”
Festivals im Brockwell Park
The Field Day joins Brockwell’s already extensive festival program and is now part of the Brockwell Live Bank Holiday Weekender. Other annual Brockwell festivals include Wide Awake, Cross The Tracks, City Splash and many more.

To coincide with the new location and date of Field Day, Wide Awake will be moving back from its Saturday slot to its original Friday slot. That means that next year’s Wide Awake Festival will take place on Friday, May 23, 2025.
Keith Miller, co-founder and booker of Wide Awake, said of the new date:
“Over the last 5 years, Wide Awake has carved out a niche for itself that we are very proud of. The change in dates allows us to maintain the same artist budget and production values that we have created and also keep average ticket prices similar to recent years.
“We really want to go all out and build on what we have done so far, namely supporting new artists and giving up-and-coming acts a chance, but also reviving one or two legends! Plus, it gives you a long weekend to relax.”
