The letter clarifies that despite the sanction, affiliated clubs to the Mendoza Soccer League who participate in the official AFA tournaments, will maintain their rights as participants in said competitions, no longer as members of the League but as members of AFA.
The statement of the Federal Council
The consequences of the disaffiliation of the Mendoza Soccer League
1) Declare non-official tournaments held by the Mendoza League of Football, what matters is the impossibility of standardizing them within the scope of the Federal Council
2) Immediately revoke all Sports Licenses opportunely granted to the clubs affiliated to the Mendoza Soccer League
3) Prohibition to participate in any tournament organized by the Federal Councilwhether it be League selection, club tournaments in any of the disciplines regulated by AFA (grassroots soccer in any of its categories, women’s soccer, futsal, beach soccer), Amateur Regional Tournament, etc.
4) Immediate suspension of all League political participation rights Mendoza in the field of the AFA.
5) Suspension of all rights derived from the statutes and regulations of AFA and the Federal Council.
