Pfizer-BioNTech has said that their COVID-19 vaccine is safe for children ages 5 to 11 and says they will send the results of their latest clinical trials to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as soon as possible.

Right now the FDA has not released the date on which the vaccine for children under eleven years was approved, however the chief physician said that once the data is evaluated, it will be determined if the Pfizer vaccine is effective and safe. for them in a matter of week.
