North America drives the accounts of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles which closes the third quarter with a profit of more than 1.2 billion, up 773% compared to the same period of 2019 when it had recorded a loss of 179 million. Adjusted net profit amounted to € 1.53 billion, up 21% year-on-year while net revenues fell 6% to € 25.814 billion. Adjusted EBIT amounted to € 2.276 billion (+ 16%), with a margin up to 8.8%. Despite the pandemic, overall global deliveries hold 3% but remain above one million. “Once again, our team has demonstrated its extraordinary resilience and creativity and, with the merger that will soon see the birth of Stellantis, we are stronger and focused on the goal of creating significant value for all our stakeholders” he comments FCA CEO Mike Manley. «The record results – he continues – were driven by the phenomenal performance of our team in North America.
