During 2021, both radio NABA charts included 409 topical compositions, 40% of which are works by Latvian performers. The top represents compositions of various styles, as well as a wide range of countries and languages. Listeners have cast almost 42 thousand votes for the compositions.

For eight hours, former and current radio music instructors Nora Rieksta, Jānis Vuguls, Kaspars Eglītis, Valters Mednieks and Atis Žagars presented the favorite compositions of Radio “NABA” listeners. The list of the 100 best songs includes compositions that have been in Radio NABA’s “Top 25” and “Top 10 LV” all year round. A prediction game was also organized, in which it was possible for the listeners to determine the compositions that will rank in the first three places.

Enikova recalls that in 2020, the first place was won by the Canadian indie rock band “Wolf Parade” with the composition “Julia Take Your Man Home”, the second place was won by the group “Inokentijs Mārpls” with “People are dying”, composition “Good evening”.

“Radio NABA” annual Top 100 is one of the oldest radio station traditions, which for the last 19 years on the last working day of the year plays the listeners’ favorite compositions from Radio NABA foreign Top 25 and domestic Top 10.
