Miroslav Etzler is finally home from the hospital. The actor spent the last month in the intensive care unit, where he struggled with the difficult course of covid-19. Everything went well and on Tuesday the doctors finally released him home. He can celebrate the Christmas holidays with his family.
“Well, I was lucky! Very lucky! Definitely in support of my partner Helča Bartalošová and the amazing Sam. In support of friends. For the great care of the teams of doctors and all medical staff in the hospital in Česká Lípa, where I stayed practically for a month,” writes the actor in the caption next to a touching video from the Christmas tree.
“I want to thank you here by its very nature. I would never believe that it is possible to be so supported on the social network. To receive so many incredibly positive and motivating messages. Thanks to them, I am also at home,” adds the actor.
In any case, it can be seen from Miroslav Etzler that he is still not completely healthy, even though he does without oxygen. “The lungs will fight for a long time, but without oxygen I may be able to do it. I don’t know how to thank. I am extremely grateful to you, “he writes in an instagram post.
Etzler lay in the covid ward at the Českolipská hospital, where he was transferred in mid-November. The actor thanked the medical staff some time ago for their care and professionalism. During his hospitalization, he also became the target of attacks by some people because he is not vaccinated. After his experience with the disease, he claims that this is one of the biggest mistakes he has made. “Not getting vaccinated was a huge mistake. Please, if you can, do it,” he wrote earlier.
