SOE Minister Erick Thohir reshuffled the commissioners of PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia or Askrindo. The decision is contained in the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number: SK-220/MBU/07/2021 and the Decree of the President Director of PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero) Number: 08/SK-DIR/RUPA-AP/BPUI/VII/2021 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia.
In a statement received by detikcom, Thursday (1/7/2021), the SOE Minister decided to honorably dismiss Agustina Murbaningsih as commissioner. Then, appointed Renny Octavianus Rorong as Askrindo’s new independent commissioner.
Shareholders express their gratitude and appreciation to Agustina Murbaningsih for her hard work, dedication and contribution to Askrindo. Askrindo’s management hopes that the new commissioner can bring Askrindo to become a superior risk-taking company.
Prior to his appointment as Askrindo’s independent commissioner, Renny Octavianus Rorong served as President Director of PT Pengelola Aset Negara (PPA).
Meanwhile Kemal Arsjad remains as Askrindo’s independent commissioner. As is known, Kemal recently caused a stir with his tweet that wanted to spit on the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan. Netizens were excited and asked Kemal to resign from his position. Soon, he apologized for his actions.
