Famous British singer Adele put on a show for her audience in her own show this weekend.
This Saturday, August 3, 2024, Adele, author of the global hit Hello (more than 3 billion views on YouTube), while giving a concert in Munich (Germany) did something visibly emotional.
In fact, in the middle of the concert, the singer stopped her performance to broadcast the semi-finals of the women’s 100m discipline.
Fans attending the show were able to experience the Olympic sensation live on a giant screen.
However, if the musical show was a success, it would not be the case for the British runner supported by Adele.
Daryll Neita, as she is called, finished fourth at the end of the race with a performance of 10.96 on the clock.
The race ended with the victory of Julien Alfred (Saint Lucia) followed by Sha’Carri Richardson and Melissa Jefferson, both Americans.
As a reminder, Adele is scheduled in the German capital for a month of concerts which will end on August 31.
This first outing by the British star was a near sell-out with around 80,000 spectators, making it the city’s most attended first international female concert.
A total of 10 concerts are planned to please the German and international audiences.
