The Pravda publishing house in Moscow is up for auction. The starting price of the lot, located on Pravdy Street of the same name, according to information from Dom.RF, is 525.3 million rubles.
The facility is located near the Savelovskaya metro station and has a total area of 19.5 thousand square meters. The auction is scheduled for December 22, applications will close on the 18th.
The lot represents a building built in the 30s. The building is made of brick and has eight floors. The object is made in the style of constructivism.
Previously, Pravda was already put up for sale in March 2023. But then the only application was submitted from the structure of the head of the World Congress of Mountain Jews Akifa Galilova. The auction in the spring was declared invalid because no deposit was made.
