The family filed a complaint
This case began when a man with the initials MEL (34) was reported missing by his family. MEL has lost contact with his family since December 23, 2022.

Police search MEL’s boarding house, find a mutilated body
The police then conducted an investigation. Six days after the report of the disappearance, on December 29, 2022 to be precise, the police arrived at a boarding house in the Tambun area, Bekasi regency. Initially, police received information that MEL was living in the boarding house.
However, the search at the MEL guesthouse did indeed reveal a new case. Police found a female body at the scene.
A resident, Dian Ardiansyah, said the discovery of the woman’s body began with a search for a man with the initials MEL who was reported missing by Polda Metro Jaya police officers.
