Stopped in the semi-finals by Egypt and losing the classification match against Mali on penalties, Guinea will now be content with this prize, awarded to disciplined teams, in its matches.

The Disciplinary Committee of the Confederation of African Football awarded the Fair Play prize to the Guinean team led by Morlaye Cissé. Everything happened during the various award ceremonies to the finalist team, Morocco, which beat Egypt 2-1.
