The incident took place in the Podolsk region of Odessa.

“It was preliminary established that during the lesson a firecracker exploded in the hands of a 13-year-old teenager, resulting in a traumatic amputation of a finger. The injured ambulance was taken to hospital,” the police said.

An investigative and operational group is working at the scene. The issue of the legal qualification of the incident is being resolved.
