BRUSSELS Considering that the start of the war, Ukraine beneath assault by Russia has already been given € 5.4 billion in financial loans and grants from the EU. In addition, € 2.5 billion was mobilized for armed forces aid.
The Commission also resolved on Monday to connection Ukraine to the “Digital Europe” application.
