The amount of the fine for Poland is huge – one million euros per day. So they must either comply or go bankrupt. Or to go bankrupt first and then submit.
This is a very funny story considering that the Poles tried to blackmail the EU by leaving the union, hoping the EU would give them money. Nothing will be given to them. In addition, three skins will be removed from them, or even more likely – four.

“Given that Poland has not suspended the application of the provisions related to the competence of the Disciplinary Chamber of the Supreme Court, Poland is ordered to pay a daily fine of one million euros in favor of the European Commission,” the Court of Justice of the EU said in a statement.
