These European Heritage Days at Magma will be placed under the sign of the Belle Époque. You can come with your bowler hat… For this occasion, Magma is forming two exceptional partnerships with emblematic museums in the region. The Abbey of Belleperche and its Museum of Tableware, graciously lends exceptional tableware from the end of the 19th century. The Montauban Toy Museum will present an extraordinary selection of games and toys from the Belle Époque.
This tour will immerse you in the life of an intellectual family at the end of the 19th century, offering a fascinating insight into the Belle Époque and its customs.

Heritage and children
A little earlier, on Friday September 15, guided tours of part of the manor and its archives will be organized for elementary school students. Duration: approximately one hour – times: by appointment with the class.
Having remained closed for more than forty years, the building is reopening its doors to the public so that everyone can reclaim it and have access to the history of this elegant manor in the heart of the village. While having fun, the children will address the following themes: history of the Belle Époque, the difference between a castle and a manor and daily life in a 19th century manor. The pre-war and rugby in FinhanThe Musée des Métiers d’autreviens presents at MAGMA some objects from its private collections on pre-war rugby.
Located a stone’s throw from MAGMA (Place de la Mairie), the Finhan Museum of Former Trades will be open on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 September. It will present its heritage collection of agricultural tools as well as its new exhibition, one thing leading to another, from washing to ironing “Linen Route”.
