The ERPs exported BGN 3 billion from Bulgaria –

/ world today news/ One of the things that is missing in Bulgaria, and many people feel it, is the sense of justice.

The sense of justice is damaged and many people feel defenseless before the arbitrariness of big companies and investors. This was stated by the chairman of the BSP, Sergey Stanishev, in his video address, published on his Facebook page.

According to him, the role of the state here is to regulate these relations. “Recently, I got acquainted with the audit of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission on the activities of electricity distribution companies for 2010. According to him, the report makes it clear that CEZ pays its parent company for various services at BGN 4,800 per day. The same applies to EVN, which the parent company pays about 1,700 euros every day. It is also clear from this report that about BGN 3 billion have been taken out of Bulgaria for various consulting and other services, for any possible activity through outsourcing,” explained the leader of the Socialists.

He also stated that Bulgaria provides an opportunity for every investor who follows the rules and laws to do business, good business at that, with solid profits. “Only that it means to actually comply with all the rules and be honest and fair to consumers. You know, the topic of the ERPs, of their non-payment to the NEC is one of the current topics in society and the media. My understanding and that of the BSP is that the Bulgarian state must show justice,” the chairman of the BSP was categorical. According to him, business expects the state to pay VAT on time, to pay for public procurement. “People expect the Bulgarian state to guarantee compliance with laws and regulations by all companies and investors, including large ones. This is our deep understanding of the right approach. This is what we will expect from every company that invests in Bulgaria. The state will help and will protect everyone who abides by the laws. This is the honest approach,” Stanishev said categorically. He added that European companies should know that when Bulgaria enters the EU, this union is based on the rule of law. “This means that these laws apply to everyone – big and small. This is the role of the Bulgarian state – to guarantee this justice. I am convinced that the Ministry of Economy and Energy and the State Environmental Protection Agency will ensure compliance with laws and demand that from everyone, including the large energy distribution companies,” concluded Stanishev.
