The marketing campaign of the bloody fight Mortal Kombat 1 reaches its finale. Developer studio NetherRealm has prepared a live-action trailer that pays homage to the cult TV commercial from 1993 called Mortal Monday. You can watch below.

“The Mortal Monday ad marked the beginning of our journey into creating games for home gaming systems,” said Mortal Kombat co-creator Ed Boon. “It’s wonderful to pay tribute to such a memorable moment in Mortal Kombat history as we prepare to launch our latest game, Mortal Kombat 1.”
Mortal Kombat 1 will be released on September 19 this year for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch and PC (Steam and Epic Games Store).
