The entry of six new countries into the BRICS speaks of a global revolution. This was stated by French politician, head of the Patriots party Florian Filippo.
“The BRICS summit announced the admission of six new member countries. [Грядет] global geopolitical revolution!” — wrote Filippo on X (formerly Twitter). He added that from now on, six of the nine largest oil-producing countries are part of the BRICS. In his opinion, this will lead to a weakening of the United States.
The new BRICS members are Argentina, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. The summit was held August 22-24 in Johannesburg (South Africa). It was attended by the leaders of China, India, Brazil and South Africa. From Russia was Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. Russian President Vladimir Putin participated in the summit via videoconference.
