In the case of the Nokia C02, we understand why it became official completely quietly, without any major announcement. The smartphone is considered to be quite weak even among entry-level devices, but you should not judge it hastily, because features such as the replaceable battery, the headphone output or the IP52-rated design, if nothing else, serve as a consolation for Nokia’s novelty. .
The Nokia C02 is equipped with a 5.45-inch LCD screen that offers an aspect ratio of 18:9 and a resolution of 480p+. There is a 5 MP camera on the back of the phone and a 2 MP camera on the front, and there is also an LED flash on the back. The mobile phone has a polycarbonate frame and back panel, behind the latter is the 3000 mAh battery, which the user can replace at any time, and here we also find the dual SIM and micro SD slots.
The Nokia C02 charges via a micro USB port at a maximum speed of 5 watts. The exact type of chipset powering the phone is unknown, but it has a quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz split. The chipset is accompanied by 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of eMMC 5.1 storage during assembly. Fortunately, the device runs the Android 12 Go operating system, a normal Android version would probably bleed on this iron. According to the manufacturer’s promise, the mobile phone will receive the necessary security updates for at least two years.
Nokia C02 will be available in dark blue and dark gray shades. It is not yet known exactly how much and in which regions the device will be available, but the other important details will be made public soon. If nothing else, you can think about buying it because of the replaceable battery, it might be good for a throwaway phone…
