The entire Internet is discussing a strange photo of the bride taken on an iPhone. Hands are different in all reflections, but why

A new photo taken on an iPhone 12 has gone viral on the Internet.

It shows the bride (British actress Tessa Coates) picking out her wedding dress. The problem is that the position of her hands is different both in life and in reflections.

Coates herself stated that the photo turned out this way due to the algorithms of the iPhone camera. She did not take a panorama or Live Photo, and this is not Photoshop.

However, experts doubt the actress’s statement. Thus, a blogger from the iPhonedo channel studied the metadata of the original photo and came to the conclusion that, most likely, the photo was taken in panorama mode.

The main camera of the iPhone 12 takes pictures at a resolution of 4516×3874 pixels, but its photo is 3028×3948 pixels. This is not possible unless you photograph in panoramic mode.

It all happened that her hands were lowered, but she moved her hand. Maybe she raised her right hand first and then her left. Meanwhile, the camera was in panoramic mode and she stitched it all together.
