The English club is still interested and asks the player for time to sign him
Barça has agreed to the footballer while waiting for the agreement with City
Joao Cancelo has become Barça’s priority objective in the final market phase. Some more signing could arrive, but all efforts are focused on the Portuguese side. The talks are well advanced, but Arsenal have meddled. According to the ‘Daily Mail’, the London club have confirmed to the player that they want him but are asking him for time to tackle some outings.
Barça is aware of Arsenal’s movements, which has been speaking with the player since the beginning of the summer.
